My mother was fat - I Will Be Too Fat? (Health and Fitness)

At lunch the other day, I saw one of my students, Carrie, eat three hot dogs and two slices of pizza. I was surprised because last week my pupil was large enough to comment on what I could never lose weight. She refused to admit he had a problem with their parts and what seemed to be a lack of physical activity. Instead, she said that it was not the food or the constant desire to sleep which held good, but rather the fault was his mother. She said her mother was great, and the mother's mother was great, so I knew it would be great.

As a biology teacher, my students ask me a lot about genetics. Now, I had a young overweight, saying it was great because of their genes. Of course, if your parents are overweight, it may slightly increase your chance of being overweight, but the genes are not the only cause of obesity. Much of the mass of people wear is the result of their life choices.

Preferences lifestyle greatly affect a person's weight. How active are you? Did you go through the drive-through or you park your car and go inside? Would you drive two blocks to the store instead of walking? If you are physically active every day, then it is less likely to be obese.

Our habits of the house affect our weight. Sit at home and watch TV for eight hours will not burn as many calories, especially when you're a TV from the shredder, someone who always have chips or popcorn are nearby to watch television. People who are related to their desk all day are not as active as they should be.

If you do not want to be overweight, they are some of the bad habits you have to break if you want to lose weight, and it has nothing to do with genes. You must be active (the bed, the couch, away from the table), and you need to eat foods low in calories and good for you. If you exercise every day, eat small portions several times a day, and drink plenty of water, you will not have to wonder about how to become more obese. It will not be a problem, because after a suitable period of life that will never be overweight. You live well and light.
